"Price of insurance goes up and down, mostly up. They have an agent that's a man that talks your head off unnecessarily and tries to force you to buy life insurance every single time you call. Then I use those beacons to tattle tale in your car called drive safe to save money, I never get my discount. I never get my insurance cards in the mail unless I CALL and ASK for them and that's when I've noticed they are expired! The rates are ok. I have 4 cars on my policy and my home, don't feel I get much of a discount. They always say my drive safe beacons don't work and to call a number to get them set up, I do that and still no discount. They say they still aren't working. I don't have time to sit in a phone, to try and get THEIR equipment to work, and I'm disabled so I don't feel good either!"
