"The phone contact was initiated to simply make my first payment as a return customer. Carmen had reached out to me a week ago with a promise to call back a week later and she absolutely did as she said she would. We finalized everything but the payment. Later another agent, Dean, returned my call to complete the payment process but by the end of the phone call I had received a wealth of very beneficial knowledge concerning life insurance that was given to me regardless of my carrier choice. I must confess that I was a little frustrated at the beginning of the call but Dean recognized that and immediately put his skills in good customer relations to work. He displayed great patience and by the end of the call I felt like I had a friend. Great job to EVERYONE at Lauren Fowler’s Agent location in Jacksonville AR."
